We’re New Gen Roofing & Exteriors – a third-generation, family-owned roofing company with
deep roots in Northern Colorado. After a recent hailstorm, we’re expanding fast and looking for
hungry, self-driven sales professionals to join our team.
Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we provide the training, support, and tools to
help you succeed and make real money.

What You’ll Do:

Perform roof inspections (we’ll show you how)
Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance claims
Build trust, close deals, and hand off projects to our production team
Track your leads and jobs in our CRM
Represent the New Gen brand with integrity and service

What You Get:

Uncapped commission: Earn 5% - 10% of every completed job
- (Our average job is $15,000 — that’s $1,500 per sale!)
Optional $2,000/month draw during your first 60 days
Daily support, branded gear, sales training, and marketing materials

You Are:

A go-getter who isn’t afraid to knock doors or make calls
Excellent at building trust and rapport
Driven by results and income, not a 9–5 clock
Reliable, honest, and professional
Able to drive to appointments (must have car + license)

Bonus If You Have:

Roofing, solar, real estate, or construction sales experience
Familiarity with insurance claim processes
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
